FastWin Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This Policy explains how FastWin collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our online casino and sports betting platform — and what rights you hold over that data.
Our Privacy Commitment
How FastWin Protects Your Personal Data
We are transparent about what data we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. These six principles govern every decision we make regarding Member data.
256-bit SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and the FastWin platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. This applies to account registration, login sessions, deposit and withdrawal flows, and KYC document uploads.
Secure Data Storage
Personal data and financial records are stored on access-controlled, encrypted servers hosted in enterprise-grade data centres. Access to Member data is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
No Unauthorised Third-Party Sharing
FastWin does not sell, lease, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated partners strictly necessary for platform operation, as outlined in this Policy.
Minimal Data Collection
We collect only the data that is genuinely necessary for account operation, legal compliance, and service delivery. We do not collect superfluous personal information and regularly review data categories for continued necessity.
Your Rights Respected
Members hold meaningful rights over their personal data, including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete the data we hold. We respond to all legitimate data rights requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Defined Retention Periods
Personal data is not retained indefinitely. FastWin applies defined retention schedules based on legal obligation, legitimate business need, and regulatory requirements. Data is securely deleted upon expiry of the applicable retention period.
