Welcome to FastWin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the FastWin online gaming platform, accessible at https://fastwin.cam, including all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("Member", "You", "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

FastWin operates as an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (covering markets such as English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events), live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), slot games, crash games, fishing games, and any other gaming content made available from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "FastWin" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming service available at https://fastwin.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with FastWin and been granted access to the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile created by a Member upon successful registration, including all associated wallet balances, transaction history, and bonus records.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Member from verified payment sources, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits issued by FastWin, subject to applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" refers to the minimum total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" ("Know Your Customer") refers to the identity verification process required by FastWin to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any behaviour identified in Section 10 of these Terms as grounds for account suspension or termination.
• "MYR" / "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Platform for deposits, withdrawals, and displayed balances.
• "Support" refers to the FastWin customer service team, accessible via Live Chat, email, or Telegram 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To register and maintain an active FastWin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and non-negotiable requirement. Individuals below the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the Platform.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party in connection with your account activity.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
5. You do not hold an existing FastWin account that is active, suspended, or previously terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of a FastWin employee or contractor where such relationship would create a conflict of interest.
7. Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or restriction in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on the FastWin Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination and notification to relevant authorities.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. FastWin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.4 You agree to notify FastWin Support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, breach of your credentials, or any other security compromise. FastWin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4.5 FastWin reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or terminate access to the Platform at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without providing reasons, subject to applicable law.

5.1 FastWin operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed, and FastWin may request KYC documentation at any stage during a Member's account lifecycle.

5.2 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of registered e-wallet account);
• A selfie holding your identity document, where requested by the Compliance team.

5.3 FastWin processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents submitted are used solely for the purpose of verifying identity, age, and payment method ownership, and are stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

5.4 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by FastWin may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality, account restriction, or account closure at FastWin's discretion.

6.1 FastWin supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB). Available methods may be updated from time to time.

6.2 All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited.

6.3 The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000, subject to the limits of the selected payment method. FastWin does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

6.4 Deposit processing times vary by payment method:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow: Instant (typically within seconds).
• FPX / Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect): 5 to 15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB): Subject to blockchain network confirmation times — typically 5 to 60 minutes depending on network congestion.

6.5 FastWin reserves the right to decline, hold, or reverse any deposit transaction that triggers internal fraud detection or AML (anti-money laundering) monitoring systems. In such cases, the affected Member will be notified and may be requested to provide supporting documentation.

6.6 By depositing funds on the Platform, you confirm that the funds are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. FastWin complies with international anti-money laundering frameworks and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.

7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Member's own legal name and verified through the KYC process. FastWin does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by membership tier. VIP Members are not subject to standard daily withdrawal ceilings.

7.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to FastWin's compliance review. Withdrawals will not be processed where:

• The Member has not completed mandatory KYC verification;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met;
• The account is under security review, fraud investigation, or compliance hold;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the applicable daily or monthly limit for the Member's tier.

7.4 Estimated withdrawal processing times upon approval:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 5 to 15 minutes.
• DuitNow instant transfer: Typically under 5 minutes.
• FPX / Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 15 to 60 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: 1 to 30 minutes subject to network conditions.

7.5 FastWin targets same-day withdrawal processing for requests submitted before 11:00 PM (MYT). Requests submitted after this time may be processed on the following business day, though FastWin endeavours to process all requests as promptly as operationally possible.

7.6 In the event of a discrepancy between the withdrawal amount requested and the amount received due to payment provider fees or currency conversion, FastWin shall not be liable for any shortfall arising from third-party charges outside of its control.

8.1 FastWin offers various promotional incentives to Members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotional offer.

8.2 All bonus credits are subject to a wagering (turnover/rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly for each promotion. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies.

8.3 The following general conditions apply to all FastWin bonuses unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Only one active bonus may be held in a Member's account at any one time;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated;
• Wagering progress made using Real Money Balance does not count towards the wagering requirement of a simultaneously active bonus;
• Maximum bet size whilst a bonus is active is RM50 per round / bet slip, unless otherwise specified;
• Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

8.4 FastWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already claimed it in good faith, FastWin will honour any wagering progress made up to the date of cancellation.

8.5 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated play with other Members to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

9.1 All bets and gaming sessions are final once confirmed by the Platform. FastWin does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed bets or wagers, except where a technical malfunction demonstrably affected the integrity of a game round or market settlement.

9.2 FastWin operates games from certified studios whose outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer protocols. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes and published RTP ranges are reviewed periodically by independent testing bodies.

9.3 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly listed odds, system malfunction, or erroneous settlement — FastWin reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account, regardless of whether the Member would have otherwise won or lost.

9.4 FastWin reserves the right to impose betting limits on any market, game, or Member account at its discretion, including the right to limit the maximum bet size, maximum payout, or maximum number of active bets for any individual Member.

9.5 All sports betting markets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published by FastWin. In cases of dispute, the Platform's determination of outcome shall be final and binding.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the FastWin Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether using your own or another person's identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using funds of suspected criminal origin or engaging in money laundering activity through the Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using FastWin promotional offers in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit without genuine engagement;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Attempting to circumvent FastWin's responsible gambling tools, including self-exclusion restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards FastWin staff or other users.

11.1 FastWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The account is subject to an ongoing compliance or AML investigation;
• The Member has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling policy;
• The Member has been identified as being under 21 years of age;
• FastWin is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

11.2 Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a suspected breach of these Terms, FastWin may withhold any funds held in the account pending the outcome of its internal investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, FastWin may forfeit some or all funds held in the account.

11.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting FastWin Support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and compliance checks have been resolved. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.1 FastWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

12.2 FastWin provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members, accessible at any time from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited to your account;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per session or per calendar period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders or cutoffs based on your continuous play duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently block your account for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable up to 5 years or indefinitely.

12.3 FastWin enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Identity verification is conducted as part of the KYC process to confirm all Members meet this age requirement.

13.1 All content on the FastWin Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, software code, game content, written materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive proprietary content of FastWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant Members any ownership interest in any Platform content.

13.3 The following acts are strictly prohibited without FastWin's prior written consent: copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content.

13.4 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Members regarding the Platform may be used by FastWin freely and without obligation or compensation to the Member.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

14.2 FastWin does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. FastWin will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

14.3 FastWin's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude FastWin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FastWin holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Members may initiate this process by contacting FastWin Support with a detailed written description of the dispute.

15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

15.4 Notwithstanding the above, FastWin reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

16.1 FastWin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

16.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Members' rights or obligations — FastWin will provide reasonable advance notice via email notification or prominent in-platform messaging, where practicable.

16.3 Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with amended Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.3 of these Terms.
